Dear Arber,
It has been a wonderful experience working out with you. Although I know I must have tried your patience many times, you have always maintained a pleasant and professional manner.
I was so reluctant to join the gym and believed I could exercise successfully on my own. I learned the hard way after several injuries which sidelined me. When I was able to return I sought help, but even then I believed it would only be short-term. I knew after a few sessions that I needed you. My flexibility and stamina have increased. You allowed me to overcome certain fears by gently guiding me. I actually have muscles!
I regret I did not take my measurements at the outset, because I really would like to know many inches I have lost. Since I weight myself regularly I do know the difference.
This has been a most positive experience and I am wistful when I realize what we might have been able to achieve had we been able to work together for a long time. However, I am thrilled with the short-term results.
Thank you and best wishes.

Arber Deda is an amiable person and a remarkable personal trainer who genuinely cares for his clients. Keenly observant, he’s capable of an incisive assessment at the outset of training under his leadership. Thus, Arber identifies quickly one’s personal, physical strengths and areas that need attention to promote fitness and general health.
One can be assured of benefiting from a personalized, specifically targeted workout program. His approach, however, is more like a collaborator than a demanding coach with some predetermined routines. Arber is always responsive to a client’s question or request for a change in his or her regimen. One comes to appreciate his uncommon openness and patience as well as his consistent challenges and desire to raise the bar. He repeatedly affirms effort and bodily progress, increasing incentive to use one’s energy and limited time fully. With charm and humor, he tends to make workout sessions more pleasurable and less repetitive.
Importantly, Arber stresses good form and slow repetition of an exercise to promote control and safety. And beyond work with him, he strongly encourages cardiovascular follow-up. A guide to physiological improvement, Arber is also a confidence builder. Unexpectedly, his concern for individuals goes beyond what happens at the gym. Sensitive to weight management, he astutely offers nutritional advice. His own optimism often contributes to one’s dealing with negativism or personal problems they seek to discuss with him. So, Arber Deda is far more than a fitness trainer. He’s a tremendous asset to many who are fortunate enough to work with him.
