Welcome to a new way of exercise and training. This web site is an invitation to change your life. Please don't let the opportunity pass.
My philosophy is to get your body functioning better at your pace. I customize my clients programs to address their unique needs based on their preference, physical and mental ability, and time availability.
Training programs are developed with a holistic focus. Each session is designed to concentrate on three disciplines; Total BodyStrength, Cardiovascular Capabilities, and Flexibility.
Total Body Strength focuses on the proper form and core work. Sessions are designed to correct muscle imbalance, postural issues, weaknesses, and old injuries. The goal is to make your whole body look and function better!
Your heart and your lungs are the engines of your body. Training sessions will improve your heart and lung functions through cardiovascular exercise. You will feel better, sleep better, and lose unwanted excess weight.
Stretches are an important part of any exercise regimen. Each session will improve your flexibility through proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and dynamic flexibility stretching. This will eliminate tightness, aches, and pains.
